…There and Back Again

I am sitting near the gate looking through the wall of windows and watching the storm clouds dissipate and the sun creep back into view again.  I am staring out across Boston Harbor and looking at Orient Heights, the historic section of East Boston.  Since I do not normally travel out of the international terminal I rarely see this view and it is beautiful.  It has been a largely overcast day around Boston, and after a great visit with my brother Alec I patiently waited all day, counting down the hours and minutes until Lauren and I were at the airport.  Our plane leaves in about 90 minutes and so I figured I would write one more post before you all go to bed and we fly to Munich.

I do not have much to say, certainly nothing deep and meaningful so I will share with you all some photos that we have taken thus far…nothing spectacular but you will start to get a feel for what to expect once we are in the thick of it.

Getting ready to check into our flight to Munich.

Ze plane! Ze plane!

Ze plane! Ze plane!

Making sure we have a good charge for the upcoming flights.

Lauren making sure we have a good charge for the upcoming flights.

Please pray for our safe travel to Munich and for the rest of our group flying out of Newark directly to Tel Aviv.  Good night Boston…good night moon.  See you all in Munich!
